Your artwork will come complete and ready to hang. Every piece will be bespoke made in your chosen frame, and will be presented mounted, giving just the right amount of visual separation between artwork and frame.
It will be glazed using acrylic, which gives 92% optical clarity, and 90% UV protection, and , being safer than standard glass, you can hang it anywhere in your home with complete peace of mind.

Scottish artist James Somerville Lindsay splits his painting time between Minervois, France and his Scottish studio. His growing reputation as a cityscape artist of iconic urban landmarks is balanced by field trips to Italy and Greece. Travel, adventure and new stimulus are key to his work. A late returner to his first love, painting – after many years in advertising – he draws inspiration from the great impressionist masters. Whether emotive or impressionist in style, his evocative renditions of everyday city street scenes in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and London capture those moments of light and shadow that render the ordinary, extraordinary.
James was born in Scone in Perthshire, and studied at The Glasgow School of Art for 6 years, he draws inspiration from the great impressionist masters, and is growing increasingly well known for his fabulous bustling UK Cityscapes.
All overall framed sizes are approximate within 5cm but most are accurate to within a few cms. The Framed Size is the overall size including the frame.
Our skilled framers have over 20 years experience in the business, and bespoke make every piece in our workshop, and using the latest equipment, we are able to achieve an excellent finish to your artwork. Your frame will be fitted with a rigid backboard, secured with locking pins, sealed with framers grade brown tape, strong steel D rings and screws, and a double picture cord.
