Returns & Refund Policy
We always do our best to deliver products you love, however, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have up to 28 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt in the first instance, by following the procedure below (this excludes bespoke or personalised items as agreed with us), and 14 days after informing us to return the item(s).
Returns Procedure
- Please email us at sales@allartdirect.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund, please await a confirmation email response which will confirm which address/warehouse the return has to be sent to.
- We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours, and as we are closed weekends, all weekend emails will be responded to on Monday - and when we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.
- If your order was delivered by DHL, please Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in - with regret, we can't accept a return without its original packaging (this includes protective film, bubble wrap, foam if used, and both inner and outer box
- If you are a local delivery, your order will have been hand delivered using minimal packaging, you can return to our Glasgow workshop by hand, or organise your own packaging for shipping.
- Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.
- We process all refunds within 30 days.
WE RECOMMEND YOU USE AN INSURED TRACKED SERVICE - THE SAFE RETURN OF GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - ANY LABELS/WRITING/DAMAGE TO THE EDGE SCULPTURE INNER BOX WILL RENDER IT UNSELLABLE AND THEREFORE NON RETURNABLE
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Policy for Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will replace this for you on return of the faulty product. In the unlikely event that we cannot replace a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil (see Restrictions), refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
- PayPal payments: refund directly into your PayPal account within 30 days
- Shopify payments: refund directly onto the card used to pay within 30 days
